Innovative Entrepreneurship Center VNU-HCM (IEC) is a public non-business unit with the function of training, researching, and implementing of startup services and investment. The purpose is to promote the formation and development of startup businesses. The Center is a bridge between Universities, Institutes, and Research Centers of VNU-HCM with the local and regional startup ecosystem.
